We want to take this time to thank our valued and special customers. As we enter into 2025 it brings with us so many exciting new challenges and projects which we look forward to being apart of.

As we evolve and grow we have realised that are offerings must change in order to keep up to date and offer the very best service, tool advancements and investments for the future.

We have therefore decided to offer premium support packages to answer particular needs and requests with a more tailored and personal approach.

We will be changing our current WhatsApp messaging service to only be accessible to those that sign up to one of our new paid monthly services.

This will allow us to have dedicated team members online more frequently and able to deal with requests more quickly.

We will also be adding features such priority bookings, contacting and liaising with tenants and other services such as sourcing parts and materials.

These important upgrades mean customer service levels will be maintained and improved dependant on the package you choose.

We will of course still offer and keep our high standards of workmanship and our handyman team will remain the same.

The memberships will be going live in January and launching fully in February.

Very efficient and friendly service. Transparent fees on website. Good communication from the office. Text to say they are on their way and how far away they are. Darren arrived early and was accommodating when I asked for a particular task to be completed first. He was also able to offer advice on decorating jobs I may need doing in the future. He worked efficiently and neatly, and he was pleasant and respectful throughout.

Charlie did an excellent job sanding our long fence inside and outside - during hottest days of the year, he was extremely polite and positive and completed the work in the agreed time, the office were very organised and easy to deal with and for very reasonable rates - very pleased.

Fantastic local service. Quick response to a booking request with texts keeping me up to date with booking and even a text to say the handyman was on his way.
